COMMUNITY VISUALIZATION AND JOURNALING ZOOM

We have loved watching our Stimola Live community grow throughout 2021.  Instead of just seeing your comments, we would love to see YOU, too.  We’ll be hosting our first ever zoom and have asked author-illustrator, Johanna Wright, to lead us in a community writing exercise.  It will be a time and space to get cozy, reflect on the changing of the seasons and connect with ourselves. She’ll walk us through a starry creative visualization and go deeper in follow-up journal prompts. All intended to connect us with our own magical, creative, and intuitive guidance.

Johanna Wright helps highly sensitive creative folks (like her!) use creative self healing tools to connect with the deepest parts of themselves that need attention, acceptance, guidance and transformation.  She is an author-illustrator of many books, including THE MAGIC OF MINDSET A Journal to Get Unstuck
